This week we talk about race inclusion within churches.
Tom speaks to Machilu Van Bever Donker, who works for race equality at the University of Oxford, and Roger Mason, who runs training for a large business (a large part of that role includes workplace equality).
Some people may find this uncomfortable to listen to but it is really important we tackle this topic head on. We do not want racial equality to be a fleeting trend but rather something we are actively living out as churches.

This episode we interview Davina Lawson from the charity Innerchange. (Innerchange aim to build community in areas of poverty). Davina leads the team in Possil, one of the poorest areas in the UK. We chat about how Innerchange have been adapting during this crisis.
